I personally architected and implemented the custom application and automation layer that coordinates leads, rental records, CRM objects, inventory, documents, reporting, and customer communication.

What I built

  • Designed the PHP and MariaDB transaction model and authenticated REST boundary.
  • Built normalization, lifecycle, lead-scoring, CRM, and inventory synchronization logic.
  • Implemented replay-safe processing and stale-event protection around operational updates.
  • Connected the application to the surrounding n8n automation workflows.
